Best at Home Teeth Whitening, Plus White Speed Whitening System-Tried and Tested!

Smiling makes us happy, and us smiling makes other people happy. Smiling is attractive and contagious.

I remember when I was younger, I had perfect straight teeth but my teeth weren’t white, they weren’t white at all in fact. A lovely shade of yellow unfortunately, and that’s me being modest.

I began to stop smiling, I never smiled actually. I remember it was my confirmation and I was being told to smile, but that just wasn’t going to happen, so I ended up looking so grumpy like every single picture I was in at the point in my life.

I eventually got sick of not being able to smile and looking so miserable, as I’m not a miserable person and inside I loved to smile, so one day I went down to my local supermarket, I think it was Tesco, and I bought ‘Pearl Drops’, thinking that this would fix my problem…My God was I fooled, it didn’t do a thing, just wasted my money in fact. Yet I didn’t give up and kept on using it, being hopeful that it would work, but it never did. So that was no.1 out of the way!

I then started buying every single teeth whitening toothpastes and used them all religiously at every given point I was free, yet again these didn’t do a thing.

A while later I decided I’d have to try some sort of home whitening or home bleaching kit, and coincidentally I was watching one of those beloved infomercials late at night where I saw this advert about an at home teeth whitening product named ‘Rapid White’.

Oh I just thought WOW I have to try this one, it looks great! So the next day I rushed into the City to see if I could find it and yes I could. Hurray, I’m now going to have those luminescent white teeth advertised on that Rapid White infomercial.

I got home and immediately began my treatment, I used the treatment as directed for the given amount of time, for weeks, but to my disappointment, again It didn’t make an absolute difference to my yellow teeth.

From this point I began to buy every single at home teeth whitening kits I saw, and I’m serious I bought basically every one I came across. From whitening trays to whitening pens, not one worked! Why!!! I got so frustrated, why me, why doesn’t any kit work for me? I had spent every single spare cent I had for years trying to make a difference, but nada.

Then one day, ok I know this will sound over the top cheesy, my life changed although I didn’t know it yet. Basically I was just shopping around in DublinCity in area called Temple Bar, when I walked into a corner pharmacy.

I was just doing my thing having a look at random products, then in the corner of my eye I saw this striking red and blue advertisement, so turned to see what was polluting my vision.

It was a product named ‘Plus + White, 5 Minute Speed Whitening System’. Yes the packaging looked a little cheap and OTT, with it’s massive logo in red, but in all it certainly grabbed my attention! So I picked it up, tried to suss it out, and once I saw the CHEAP price I said “A sure why not!”.

The product recommends using it twice daily for 2 weeks and you will see results, but I can guarantee you, it took a lot less than 2 weeks to see results, even though I smoke!

In the Plus + White Kit you get,

· The Whitening MouthWash

· A Mouth Tray

· The Pièce de résistance – The Teeth Whitening Gel.

Now before I continue, I have to be honest and say the Mouth Tray in this kit is not the best, but you can find other mouth trays included in other very cheap whitening kits that you can use, or maybe you will have one laying around in your possession from a previous teeth whitening kit.

The teeth whitening process is very simple, firstly:

• Dilute the mouth wash by 1/3 and gargle it for a bit in your mouth.
• Insert the mouth tray in your mouth with a given amount of whitening gel in it.
• Leave in you mouth for a given time to whiten your teeth. The directions recommend 5 minutes at least, but I have found that 15 minutes is the best.

During this process you will salivate a lot unfortunately, but you don’t normally drool. Sure just in case you do, keep some tissue nearby.

When you’re happy to take out mouth piece make sure to brush your teeth to remove any gel and the taste. Plus make sure to brush gently as you don’t want your gums to be sensitive for the next teeth whitening.

In my experience I’ve noticed that it’s not a great idea to brush your teeth directly before each teeth whitening session, as any aggregation to your gums will leave them a little sensitive when you put the whitening gel on your teeth.

In my opinion I think the best option is just to buy the Teeth Whitening Gel by itself and then use a different Mouth Tray you may have laying around or one that you buy in another kit, as the one supplied by this kit, I’m my experience wasn’t the best fitting. Everyone is different though, so you may find it ok.
